In 1995 Jim founded STANDING STONE Initially the company was a multi disciplined management-consulting firm, specializing in organizational design, operational and strategic planning. In 1998 the direction of STANDING STONE was changed to focus exclusively on security consulting. Since that time Jim has worked on developing and positioning STANDING STONE to be one of the premier security-consulting firms. Jim is responsible for the overall management and direction of STANDING STONE.

His work at STANDING STONE CONSULTING INC. focuses on designing the organizational structure to meet the goals and objectives of the company and developing operational and strategic plans to implement those objectives. He is responsible for balancing and coordinating the company’s resources with the client’s expectations and has overall responsibility for STANDING STONE'S performance and client satisfaction. Jim is accountable for the viability and ongoing growth of STANDING STONE CONSULTING INC.

  
   
 

Jim has participated in several hundred assessments and written numerous reports developing security strategy for the company’s various clients. He has worked extensively with the company’s clients and consultants to develop a thorough and efficient security assessment and reporting methodology.

   

He brings the unique perspective of Organizational Dynamics, how organizations balance resources with customer and cultural demands, to STANDING STONE'S consulting efforts. Jim brings a unique understanding from an upper management perspective that balances security and emergency response priorities with the client’s resources.
