Security and emergency policies and procedures must support the mission of the organization and the facility. Our consultant’s take the time to understand what our clients do and how they do it. We also perform an assessment of the risks the client may face. These are critical first steps in evaluating an organizations security and emergency response policies and procedures. Policies and procedures should not be so intrusive or so complex that they cannot be followed in the normal function of the organization or facility. When they do not fit or when they interfere with the mission of an organization the policies and procedures will be mitigated by the users and become ineffective.
